C3 Group has a Help Desk dedicated to Managed Services clients. In many cases, our clients receive immediate remote IT support from our friendly Help Desk team. We also proactively monitor and maintain your network and systems, using our Managed Services Platform. This ensures our client’s IT environment is performing optimally, and allows us to detect and fix any issues that are discovered, to prevent any downtime from occurring.
C3 Group also performs scheduled onsite maintenance, and has a team of field engineers and senior consultants that provide quality on-site support. Each C3 Client has a senior consultant who is their “Trusted Advisor”, and they work with our clients to ensure that their IT is firmly aligned with their business objectives.
C3 Group also offers IT services for clients on a do-and-charge basis. Whilst we encourage all clients to benefit from a fixed-price Managed Service agreement, we understand that some very small businesses don’t require a high level of IT support, whilst some larger clients already have in-house IT staff.
C3 Group is able to supply a full range of computer hardware and software. We are proud to be partnered with ASI Solutions to deliver quality computer hardware backed by a nationwide 3 year on-site warranty system. We are able to perform the warranty work on all ASI systems that we sell.
Partnering with Microsoft allows C3 Group to deliver cutting edge software to deliver business productivity solutions, including both on-premise & Cloud solutions for the server & desktop.
