With an LG IP Phone system, our clients can utilise Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to have phone calls run over their Internet connection. This can save on costly line rental fees and reduce call costs significantly. For clients that have multiple sites, we are able to provide a single seamless phone system over all sites, using the data links between the sites for communication. We are also able to set up “soft clients” to turn Computers, Notebooks and Smartphones into extensions of the corporate phone system, allowing remote and mobile employees to work from anywhere, and removing stand-alone phones from employees desks (if required).
Unified Communications is the integration of real-time communication services such as Instant Messaging, Telephony and Video Conferencing with non-real-time services such as Email & SMS.
