MyNetPhone Enterprise Partner

C3 Group is now an official MyNetFone Enterprise partner. MyNetFone, Australia’s leading providers of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions, provide quality enterprise-grade VoIP solutions to SMB and Enterprise clients throughout Australia and abroad.

Two C3 Group Senior Network Engineers recently attended technical training at MyNetFone’s head office in Sydney, and are now MyNetFone Certified Engineers, a requirement of the Enterprise Partner program.

MyNetFone VoIP is a reliable business telephony solution that is becoming common place in business and organisations of all sizes. This can range from a single phone line & handset through to large enterprise deployments for thousands of employees, with an example being MyNetFone’s recent signing of a 3-year, $20m contract with the Tasmanian Government to supply all of their future telephony requirements.

In partnership with MyNetFone, C3 Group are able to provide enterprise-grade SIP Trunks to SMB clients. A SIP Trunk is effectively a trunk of VoIP lines that replace a traditional business service, such as ISDN or multiple copper-lines. This allows all phone calls to utilise the Internet / data links and provides significant call savings over traditional services. With the National Broadband Network (NBN) being rolled out across Australia, VoIP will become a standard for most homes and businesses, allowing for the eventual phasing out of traditional services such as copper and ISDN altogether.

C3 Group is able to integrate SIP Trunks with a client’s existing on-premises phone systems, or provide a range of alternative solutions. An example of such a solution is to have a Virtual PABX system, which is a corporate phone system running from the cloud, removing the need for on-premises phone system (or PABX) equipment. With a Virtual PABX, staff can still have a traditional phone handset on each desk, or have the option of a soft-client (i.e. a Skype like client on their computer), with everything else running from the cloud. Other alternative solutions include full SIP Trunk enabled on-premises IP phone systems and a number of Unified Communications solutions.
